NRV Aging in Community (NRV AiC) is a regional initiative with partners working collaboratively to develop, advance, and expand services, resources, and policies for older adults in the New River Valley. Since its inception, NRV AiC has implemented projects to provide critical home repairs for low-income older adults, and provided resources to help individuals plan for their health, housing, financial, social, and transportation needs as they age.

In 2022, NRV AiC is hosting a series of networking sessions around the region to help service providers make connections and share resources related to supporting an aging population. Each session will include lightning round presentations from service providers, followed by table discussion. This is a great opportunity to learn about resources available in Floyd County and to share more information about your organization or program.

A light breakfast will be served followed by the formal program. Each attendee will receive a hard copy of the Aging in Place workbook. This event is free and open to the public. Please share this invitation with others!
