You’ll learn how to set realistic goals, diversify revenue streams, engage your board and donors, and align your plan with your organization’s priorities. Attendees will leave with a framework they can immediately apply to strengthen their fundraising efforts and maximize impact. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited to 25 people.
