During the interview process, applicants often ask about salary, but we know that employee compensation goes beyond pay to include additional benefits like insurance, paid time off, schedule flexibility, and more.
In this session, human resource managers from the United Way of Southwest Virginia and Valley Interfaith Child Care Center will share how they communicate about their full compensation package to potential employees. They will also share what they have learned about what applicants are looking for when it comes to a new workplace, and how we as education and social service providers can attract the workers we need
